Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority and as each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.

Exception is faulty products with manufacturing defects. This is incredibly rare but in case you think your product is faulty, please email us at viktoria@monnetbaby.com or contact us via the phone +971 50 105 5155 and we address the issue individually.

Personalized items, items on sale and orders shipped to international destinations are not eligible for return or exchange.
